Great News! Acclaimed comedian and inspirational speaker Chance Rush will be at the SPRC Halloween Bash Thursday night (6-8 pm) at the Bismarck Public Library!

Come and have a fun, family time and hear from a great speaker! Chance will be doing a special session after for youth/teens. Thanks to the Bismarck Public Schools JOM program for bringing him in!
