The Sacred Pipe Resource Center is pleased to announce we have been awarded a grant from the Native Americans in Philanthropy #GenIndigenous Response Fund at The Minneapolis Foundation.
The grant, $13,750 for 2019, will be used to help local Native youth to be leaders on local community projects, provide mentorship to youth in gathering support and partnerships, developing a vision and plan, and implementing a project. The program will be open to all Native American youth interested in working on a project of their choice and will provide stipends to students working cooperatively on them. More details will become available later this month.
