Urban Tribal Forum

September 9, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Free

American Indian families and individuals living in urban areas are often called the invisible population. It is easy to become isolated and marginalized as a minority group. The Urban Tribal Forum seeks to address the common issues and needs of American Indians living in urban areas and create solidarity.

JOIN US for a day of discussion and planning. What issues are priority for each urban Tribal community and why? What issues can we address collectively? How can we more effectively interface with our Tribes/Tribal governments? How can we work together to increase resilience, cultural revitalization, and positive outcomes?

This free community forum starts at 8:30 a.m. with a Continental Breakfast, and includes Lunch and break snacks. All registered participants will also receive a packet including a wristband to the United Tribes International Pow-wow (September 9-11).

Space is limited – register today! Just fill out the form below.

This forum is being provided free of charge from the generosity of the National Urban Indian Family Coalition and the Coulter Foundation.

For questions or more information, email or call 701.663.3886.
