It’s back-to-school time! Join us at Sertoma Park in Bismarck (Shelter #4) for FUN, FOOD, and PRIZES! This fun event for Native youth (grades K-12) will be featuring FREE haircuts by Savoy Fog in the Morning! Haircuts will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This event is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
